MASTER DEGREE OF SAMARKANDSTATE UNIVERSITY(SamSU)

       In a number of advanced education institutions of Uzbekistan republic, graduate degree of  SamSU was founded in 1999 and 78 masters were admitted on 21 majors. Since then it has expanded both in size and reputation. There are 62 majors in 2005-2006 academic year, and master’s admission plan has reached 227 at present. 597 masters graduated the University on 64 majors during 2001-2005 academic years. They have been working in different parts of the republic: short business and private enterprise as well as different branches of education system. Also, 99 of graduated masters are making researches in aspirantura degree, 6 of them defended their thesis, 188 masters have been working in academic litseys, professional colleges and various institutions (scheme1). 135 masters admitted by tuition payment, and also scholarships are granted for 64 masters. It is 14% more than last year. It is expected to get 172 masters on 62 majors in 2006 year.
